Chris reached out to us before having his house painted to see if maybe it just needed to be cleaned. As you can imagine cleaning the house exterior is a lot more cost effective then repainting the house. We were glad to inform Chris the areas of concern was indeed caused by organic growth not failed paint and we would be able to get his house looking like new with a soft wash house washing. Also while there we noticed one of the exterior wall stones had been slowly weeping rust leaving an unsightly stain on the front of the house. Many times natural stone will have natural iron deposits present, which over time can cause these kind of rust stains. We let Chris know that we could take care this issue as well and took us up on the offer.
